Deaf-Blind Association of Toronto Home
The Deaf-Blind Association of Toronto is one of Canada’s oldest organizations for deaf-blind persons. DBAT was founded to advance the social and educational opportunities of deaf-blind individuals so they could become full participants in their community. Over the years, the organization has grown to become a vital outlet for peer support and experience sharing.
